RESTLESS WORSHIP

RESTLESS WORSHIP

The devil has caught the church

In a flux of activity.

We are busy doing

-never listening,

We have lost the art of silence

And the “still voice of God”

Is lost in a cacophony of drums

And the incessant chatter of brethren.

Worship has become an articulate program

Devoid of divine inspiration

And anointing is measured

By shouting ability.

We are full of ideas

But no revelation,

Methods

But no direction

God, the honorary spectator.
